Creating consumer-facing campaigns for Bank of America 5,500+ branches nationwide. Writing was developed based on a sales choreography that began with a quick-read and drilled down as a customer moved through the teller lines. Campaigns averaged 150 unique printed elements and multi-media components were created and custom kitted for each location, every 6 weeks. Also represented here are a number of specialty projects such as environmental graphics for the Winter Olympics, direct mail pieces for newly-opening financial centers and ATM machine attract animations.
